This competition called on entrants to submit a design for a small shelter embracing environmentally sustainable principals in a location of the designer’s choice.

For the ‘Beach Box’ entry, a site was selected within the seaside dunes of a small coastal township. Intended to offer its inhabitant a serene & inspiring environment, it was conceived to be constructed entirely from salvaged & reclaimed building materials.
