Situated on a large north facing site overlooking the Victorian town of Colac, this new 30 square family home embraces the use of natural & reclaimed materials. Rooms are arranged to take full advantage of northern light & natural cross ventilation. Its simple gable roof forms seek to echo the areas traditional homes & buildings & its prominent northern verandah offers the new homes inhabitants protected outdoor living combined with shaded protection of living areas from harsh summer sunlight.
